This is a simple Vanilla cake covered with buttercream icing...and it does have a special ingredient...LOTS OF LOVE...I baked this cake for my mother and of course we all ate it as she can only see this picture and enjoy the virtual treat...Will try to bake this cake for my mom when I visit her during the summer vacation...
Also happy that my blog is celebrating its 1st anniversary as well. Its been a year and it just feels like yesterday... Thank you all my readers for all your love and support. I would'nt be here without YOU . 
The very first look was like WOW!!!!! & stay put..... :-) Awesomely beautiful.... I loved the white icing...It really looked like a spread of beautiful jasmine flowers & beautiful roses too...... U r already there.... at the pinnacle...... I loved to see your passion & talent together create beautiful creations....

Like Asha wrote, it looks like a bed of jasmine flowers capped with beautiful roses. Truly, the cake is awesome and can sense the love filled in it and there cannot be a better dedication:):) Greetings on Mother's day and congrats on ur first blog ann.
